Membership
Gym and Fitness Centre membership £18 Induction - £36 per month on a year contract
One Year Upfront Membership £18 Induction - £400 per year
Monthly Pay As You Go Membership £18 Induction - £40 per month (non contract)
Per Session £25 Induction and Registration then £6 per session
Martial Arts Classes
Childrens Martial Arts Classes £6 per session.
Adults Martial Arts Classes £8-10 per session.
Nutrition Assessment and 3 day nutrition plan with ongoing consultation service £140 Nutrition Assessment and 7 day nutrition plan with ongoing consultation service £200

1 to 1 conditioning sessions from £35 per hour. The content of these sessions will vary according to your needs assessment.
Group Sessions from £50 per hour depending on class size. We can cater for all fitness and skill levels. class sizes ranging from 2 to 20.
10 sessions £350 per person. (1 session FREE.)
22 sessions £700 per person. (2 sessions FREE.)
